Guilty Pleasure #2

It was worth going just to see the new Harry Potter trailer. It looks fabulous!!

We felt very out of place in a theatre full of squealing teenage girls. They giggled the whole movie. I'm glad I'm not a teenager any more!! It was fun at the time, but all good things turn into better things.

My Edward in my head was cuter and Jacob was way, way, way off. Alice was spot on. I loved that the girls were real looking. They weren't Barbies, just good ole NW girls. It was fun! Thanks, Tammi, Jenni, and Christina

Sunbreak!

You just have to run outside and take in the sun when it's out in Oregon. Jack was loving our sunny afternoon. He was watching the leaves fall from the Giant Maple tree in our yard. He'd hear it start to fall and watch come all the way down to the ground. One of those discovery moments you love to watch your kids experience.

Delbert's 60th Birthday

Happy Birthday to Ben's dad, Delbert Wolfe. It was his big 60th birthday and we got him. We threw him a surprise party at our home and he never caught on. Linda and I worked on it for 2 months and he never had a clue. He came up to the house for cake and ice cream. His other son, Andy and his family were here with framed pictures of his life; kids, houses, military service, pets, jobs, etc. A few close friends came first and he really didn't think much of it. Then his childhood friend and his wife came in and he got a little teary eyed. 58 people came to celebrate this good man. He does so much for so many of us. Happy Birthday Delbert!

Hallowen Party

This post is for my sisters and my parents. They haven't seen the many other sites with the pictures.

Happy Halloween from a bunch of Ghoons!

Molly was our little fairy.

Jeff was a sumo wrestler part of the night and
Indiana Jones the rest of the night. (shock value)

Hannah was a wicked witch (not a nice one).

Jack was a very disgruntled dragon until he figured
out he could get candy out of it.

Molly's first taste of candy. I think she likes it.

Kicked to the Curb

Cecil has officially been kicked to the curb. Not only has he been banished to the shop, but he is now been left out in the cold. Covered in leaves and cat prints. I can't not help thinking of Toy Story and Jessie the Cowgirl being thrown under the bed and forgotten. At least Cecil returns to his glory days when there is something to be pulled or hauled. Poor Cecil . . .

Whereas the Audi (mom, you need to come up with a name for her) was treated to a spa day at the dealership last Friday.

At least the Audi can't pull his precious boat.
